What’s the difference between Tier 1, 2 and 3?
Tier 1 is free and covers up to 3 participants. Tier 2 (75 GEL) — up to 15 participants. Tier 3 (300 GEL) — up to 200 participants. Every tier includes 5GB per participant and a 30-day full-quality window.
Is the price one-time or monthly?
One-time. There’s no subscription — once you pay, the memory is yours until you delete it.
Can I upgrade my tier?
Yes — at any time. T1 → T2 = 75 GEL, T2 → T3 = 225 GEL, T1 → T3 = 300 GEL. There are no downgrades (paid amounts aren’t refunded as credit).
Can I get a refund?
Yes, manually. We have a 30-day refund policy written down, though each case is reviewed individually — reach our support from the billing page. Once approved, the memory is permanently deleted.
Photos & video
What happens after 30 days?
The file is automatically compressed to save space in the bucket. It’s still downloadable, just at a smaller quality. Compressed files no longer count toward your 5GB limit.
Which formats are supported?
Photo: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF. Video: MP4, MOV. Video — max 10 minutes. HEIC photos are automatically converted to JPEG.
How many files can I upload at once?
Up to 100 files per session. If you need more, split it into a few sessions.
Who can delete photos?
The host — any file. You can delete your own files — you’re the author. Deletion is irreversible (there’s a 24h grace period for recovery).
Access & privacy
What’s the difference between the U1/U2/U3 and V1/V2/V3 modes?
U = who can add photos, V = who can view.
U1/V1: open — anyone with the link
U2: only invited numbers upload
U3: they request, you approve
V2: only those who uploaded a photo
V3: only invited numbers can view
What happens if I remove someone from the list?
In V3 mode (the view list) — they’re fully blocked, they can’t even see their own photos in their account. In U2 mode they can’t upload, but they may still be able to view.
Who can see my number?
Only the host. Other participants only see your name and picture next to the photos. Your number is never public anywhere.
Account
How do I change my number?
Settings → Account → Phone number. You’ll get an OTP for two numbers — the current one and the new one. After the transfer, everything follows automatically.
What happens if I delete my account?
There are two options. Freeze — your data stays, you sign back in with your number. Full delete — memories close immediately and disappear entirely within 30 days. Your photos stay in other people’s memories (the right to transfer is tied only to a deletion request).
Can I export my data?
Yes — Settings → Data & privacy → Export data. We’ll prepare it within 30 days and send you a link by SMS.
