Terms of Use

1. The service

Relive is a platform for sharing photo and video memories in Georgia. We create spaces for one-off events — a party, a wedding, a trip — where guests upload files together.

2. Account

Creating an account requires a valid phone number. The number is confirmed by SMS. One account per number. A pseudonym is allowed, but the number must be yours or used with your permission.

An account expires after 90 days of inactivity — the session ends. Your files are not deleted.

3. Payment

Paid plans are a one-time purchase, VAT included — there is no subscription or renewal. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued manually, reviewed by our team. The written policy is 30 days from payment. A review may also happen later, on a case-by-case basis.

A refund returns the memory to the free plan — your uploaded photos and videos are not deleted.

5. Content

You (the author) own the files you upload. We have the right to show your files within the memory you uploaded them to — within the limits of its access mode. We are not willing to hand files over to any other third party.

6. Liability

Relive offers the service "as is". We strive for maximum availability, yet even when paid we cannot give a 100% guarantee. Backing up your files is your responsibility — after our 30-day full-quality window only a compressed version may remain available.

Content-use consent (optional)

During registration (and on the guest upload screen) you may tick an OPTIONAL checkbox allowing Relive to keep and use photos/videos you upload — for example in product promotion. It is separate, un-ticked by default, and never required to use Relive. It does not apply to uploads in private (invited-only) events. You can withdraw it anytime in Settings → Data & Privacy; withdrawal stops any further use. Requesting full account deletion always deletes your uploads regardless of this consent. Photos showing other identifiable people are additionally used only with those people’s consent.
