What data we collect

Phone number — to create the account and for SMS-OTP.
Name and picture — optional, at your choice.
Photos and video — the ones you upload.
Push notification token — only if you enable notifications in the mobile app; used solely to deliver them.
Payment data — card details are not stored with us, they are processed by the payment provider.
Technical data — IP, browser, device — for security.

Who we share it with

No one. Not ad platforms, not third parties, not social networks. The exception — law-enforcement agencies, if we are obliged to by law.

Your photos

Files are visible only within the memory you uploaded them to — within the limits of its access mode (V1/V2/V3). Our staff do not see your files — except in the case of urgent moderation (CSAM, terror, violation of Georgian law).

How long we keep it

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete the account, everything tied to it — phone number, profile, your uploaded files — is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Export: request a copy of your data. You receive it within up to 30 days.
Deletion: delete your account directly in the app — Settings → Delete account. Full erasure, your files from others’ memories too, within 30 days.
Freeze: the account is frozen, the files remain, you sign back in later.

Relive registers the role of data controller in accordance with the Georgian law "On Personal Data Protection".

Cookies and similar technologies

We use the minimum — to keep the session. We have no advertising or analytics cookies.
